• RFP, we issue on your behalf RFPs to relevant suppliers.  Review the preliminary bids, conduct pre-selection factory audits, and submit three lowest QUALIFIED bids for your consideration. 
• Contract negotiation, we provide communications support and act as a mediator during contract negotiations.
• Logistical support, we will refer you to one of our trusted custom broker/freight forwarders. 

Premium Sourcing Service

Our premium sourcing service delivers the packaged products to the US port or your door steps.  In addition to or instead of the standard service, it offers:

• Support, we train our consultants on the sourced products and related business processes to provide first-line support to you as well as the suppliers.  Our support team enables better communications by providing quick answers to FAQs and proper routing of more complex requests. 
• Quality assurance, our QA engineers work with the factory team during the entire production run to assure product quality meets your specifications.
